Repeat the exercise 8-10 reps every two hours until pain starts to decrease, initiate the “low back exercises.”

If pain does not subside in 48 hours start low back exercises level 1 only, along with pelvic stabilization exercise for 2 weeks.  If pain decreases add level 2.  If pain unchanged contact physician for some medication. If you have radiating pain to foot that does not change in 48 hours contact physician and hold on the exercises.
